DESCRIPTION:Put your outdoor skills to the test and learn new ones as we head out into the 'wilderness' of Leeds Pond Preserve. Learn how to build a shelter\, use a compass\, and even cook a tasty treat over the campfire! \n\nOur Holiday Workshops allow kids ages 4-13 to really dig into the heart of science in a fun\, friendly\, camp-like atmosphere on the days they have off from school. Join us as we explore new horizons and unlock the mysteries of meteorology\, biology\, chemistry\, and much more! Children will participate in experiments\, create crafts\, observe demonstrations\, and enjoy hours of hands-on activities!\n\n\n	10:00 am - 3:00 pm (drop off program)\n	Please send your child with a packed lunch \n	Children are grouped by grade\, starting with Pre-K (4 years old). Some grades may be grouped together. \n	We do our best to accommodate group requests but cannot guarantee that children will be placed in the same group together.
