Join SMLI and its board of Trustees as we celebrate a challenging but successful year & show our appreciation for all of the people who joined us on the journey. Featuring a very special presentation by Mongolian Paleontologist Dr. Bolortsetseg Minjin. Dr. Minjin is the founder of the Institute for the Study of Mongolian Dinosaurs and is known for her work in fossil repatriation and dinosaur-themed science outreach. She is a recipient of the WINGS WorldQuest Women of Discovery Earth Award, National Geographic Explorer and TEDx speaker. During the presentation, children of all ages are invited to join our educators for a variety of action packed dinosaur-themed activities including excavating real fossils, exploring our paleo lab, making fossils to take home and much more! After the lecture, guests are invited to mingle and have dinner at the food truck court yard.
