Celebrating the food, drinks, and music of New Orleans & honoring outstanding community members. Join us for the entire evening or just for the show. It is sure to be our biggest night of the year!
We are delighted to announce our 2023 Honorees:
Ellen Brown and Bob Schwartz
S.F. Falconer Florist
Our annual dinner will take place at the Harbor Links Golf Course, followed by a cocktail reception and show at the Jeanne Rimsky theater.
This year’s gala features a performance by the Preservation Hall Jazz Band (sponsored by The Gersh Family), who has held the torch of New Orleans music aloft for more than 50 years, all the while carrying it enthusiastically forward as a reminder that the history they were founded to preserve is a vibrantly living history.
Their second release, So It Is, redefines what New Orleans music means today. This album taps back into the city’s Afro-Cuban roots and forward to cutting-edge artists Stevie Wonder, Elvis Costello, Arcade Fire, and more.
The group’s home venue is at the historical Preservation Hall, located in the heart of the French Quarter in New Orleans. The venue presents intimate, acoustic New Orleans Jazz concerts year round.
