Description
Take Steps is the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation's fundraising walk campaign where patients and their families are able to connect with their local inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) community, helping them understand they are never alone in this fight. However, it is more than just a walk, it is where the IBD communication comes together to empower and inspire each other to fight against Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
