Description
This program, facilitated by Let’s Move LI, will take residents on a virtual tour of North Hempstead’s walkable downtowns for shopping and strolling, breathtaking walking and hiking trails, and emerging biking opportunities. With spring approaching this is an excellent way to learn about how to get active, support our downtowns, and see some of the great sights that North Hempstead has to offer.
This webinar is part of a three-part Transportation Innovation Series focused on public transportation, active transportation, and electric vehicles. It is also part of North Hempstead’s Climate Smart Communities work to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to a changing climate.
