Community Outreach BusDescription
The TONH is partnering with St. Francis to bring their Community Outreach Bus to communities throughout North Hempstead for FREE health screenings. The screenings will include a brief cardiac history, a blood pressure screening, and a blood test for cholesterol and diabetes, with appropriate patient education and medical referrals as needed for clients over 18. While this program is mostly geared toward local seniors, it is open for adults ages 18+.
