Description
Please join us, RAIN or SHINE, for a 5K Run/Walk through beautiful Sands Point, Long Island, as we raise funds for programs and services that benefit people who are blind, have low vision or have a combined hearing and vision loss.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
• T-shirt (available only for people who have pre-registered for the in-person event) *
• Post-race lite bites and refreshments
*Register by October 15th to guarantee T-shirt size. T-shirts are not guaranteed for same-day registration.
Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
WALKERS/RUNNERS:
Individuals of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Funds raised from Helen’s 5K Run/Walk 2024 will support HKS’ Camp Helen Keller (CHK). HKSB offers a 5-week summer camp to children ages 4-15 who are blind or have low vision. With your support and sponsorship, HKS will continue to provide this FREE camp to 50 amazing campers.
