Long Island Fairy FestivalDescription
At the heart of the Fairy Festival is the community’s participation in the building of the enchanted dwellings that will invite fairies and other woodland creatures to visit the Preserve for the festival. Modeled after the world-famous Fairy House Tour in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, we’re planning a multi-faceted festival of fairies, food, and family fun. You can participate in one or more ways:
- Build a Fairy House! For more information about building a house and having it displayed during the festival, click here.
- Enter a piece of artwork for possible inclusion in the curated Fairy Art Exhibit. More info here.
- Submit an application to participate in the Fairy House Artist Invitational competition. Click here.
