Doctors have long known that pre-existing heart disease can lead to pregnancy complications. More recently, however, research has shown that the relationship between heart disease and pregnancy is a two-way street. Evelina Grayver, MD, FACC will discuss the “fourth trimester” and how women can mitigate their risk of heart disease and improve their long-term heart health.
