P10 Run ClubDescription
Location will change weekly but this week is at the Schreiber High School track. Power 10 Fitness is running the clinic for anyone who wants to train for the turkey trot or just to train in general. They use Instagram and post every Friday with the location for Saturday. Instagram to follow is p10_ny. Steve Panzik the owner of Power 10 Fitness runs the clinics and is a long time sponsor of the Turkey Trot and likes to support and encourage others to exercise. Wear weather appropriate running or walking attire and bring something to drink.
