    Marisa DeDominicis
     is the Executive Director and co-founder of Earth Matter NY Inc. where the mission is to reduce waste misdirected into the garbage stream by encouraging neighbor participation and leadership in composting. Marisa oversees the intensive on-farm composting training program that focuses on growing soil, education of volunteers and visitors, sale of herbs to island vendors, and donations of our fresh produce and eggs, to a local soup kitchen. https://earthmatter.org/

    Jesse McDougall is a regenerative farmer at Studio Hill - a 4th-generation family farm and a Savory Institute Influencer Hub. Since 2012, he and his wife have used holistically managed livestock to rebuild soil, increase biodiversity, increase water infiltration and retention, and sequester carbon across 100 acres of their 270-acre farm. Jesse is also a Co-Founder and Director of Agriculture for the Regenerative Food Network, a Savory Institute Hub Leader, serves on the advisory board for Soil4Climate, and was the author of the first regenerative agriculture legislation.
