The founder of Ollin Cake, Alyssa Fernandez, will be up from Austin Texas sampling her cake mixes at Snacks & Design at 189 Main Street this Sunday, August 17. Ollin cake is made with real wheat, heritage grains stone-milled in Texas without any of the baggage of more modern cake mix production. Stop by from 11AM to 3PM for a sampling and to purchase the mixes or check out plenty of other new snacks and beverages in the shop.
