      Since 2003 Evolution Pilates has been the 'go-to' place to do classical Pilates on Long Island. The beautiful water views, the pristine studio space, the welcoming atmosphere, and a robust Pilates workout, and teacher training program continue to make this location what it is today.

      We go above and beyond to make sure you will feel the difference every time you walk through our doors. We can't wait to welcome you.

      We are located at the corner of Shore Road and Main Street. Parkin in the municipal lot and you will see our entrance which is the back of the building, facing the parking lot.
